Sleeve/Record: EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT CONDITION (*Plays FINE/EXCELLENT+)
Clean presentable sleeve, displays some minor top edge wear.
Has no rips/tears, no seem splits and no creases, graded EXCELLENT condition.
Paper record Labels are clean on both sides, surfaces retain the full rich glossy sheen.
Has a few minor/minimal tiny scuffs, only evident under a strong light.
Record grading visually is NEAR MINT.
