An absolutely superb first pressing of the Cure's 1985 album.

With lyrics and band photo printed on the inner sleeve.

Subsequent pressings had the lyrics and band photo printed on

an insert and not the inner sleeve.

The condition of the playing surfaces is superb,

both sides are beautifully glossy, dust and fingerprint free.

There are only a couple of incredibly small superficial surface scuffs

and one or two extremely fine, barley visible, hairlines that stop it from being near mint.

So a very very good VG+.

The outer sleeve is in very good condition.

There is an extremely small amount of wear to the corners,

slightly more to the bottom right hand corner than the other three.

The spine in in excellent condition.

The original printed inner sleeve is also in excellent condition.

Before photographing, each record was cleaned using a Knosti disco-antistat record cleaner using a solution

of 1:8 parts Isopropyl Alcohol to De-ionised water, with a couple of drops of a surfactant.

If necessary, records were given a hands on clean, as bellow, followed by a second run through the Knosti.

1 - Removal of any surface dust with a light brushing over with a carbon fibre and velvet disc cleaning pad

2 - Deep cleaning with large (Big Fudge) velvet pad and cleaning solution

3 - A final brushing with a Pro-Ject carbon fibre record brush.

I am a professional photographer by trade, and have gone to great lengths to light and photograph covers, inner sleeves

and the vinyl themselves in such a way as to show, as accurately as possible, the actual condition of all.

Rest assured that what you see is exactly what will be despatched to you if you are the successful winner of each listing.

I personally wouldn't bid on a pre-owned record without the option to return it if I felt that the seller hadn't been

totally truthful and transparent in their description of it, or that on receipt it didn't live up to my expectations. 

And I do not expect you to do so either. 

Unless otherwise stated every record was purchased by myself from new and only ever played

by myself on my own deck and with as expensive a cartridge as I could afford at the time.

And finally, because Mr or Mrs  Poasty may not handle your record with the same care and reverence that you or I would,

I will dispatch in a specialised corrugated cardboard record mailing outer, and if I feel even more protection is required

I will also include two extra sheets of 3mm corrugated cardboard for added safety and protection.
