THE CURE: WISH 1992 1ST UK PRESSING ON FICTION / POLYDOR Cat No. FIXH 20 / 513 261-1
Rare and sought after original vinyl pressing. Not in pristine condition but plays very nicely.
CONDITION OF VINYL The vinyl has retained much of its original lustre but does have hairline marks, plus 3 or 4 lines which are more noticeable, in addition to needle wear in a couple of places. I have though play-tested it twice and found that these marks only have a minor impact. The record plays through with no skips or sticking. The sound is bright and clear, with just the occasional isolated few faint clicks - never more than 3 or 4 audible in succession. Overall a really enjoyable listen. Conservatively graded as VG.
CONDITION OF SLEEVE The outer sleeve has noticeable wear at the edges and corners, ring wear and some creasing. Hype sticker on. The printed inners are fairly good with a little creasing and wear, including a 1cm tear from one of the openings. Please see the close-up photos. Overall grade is VG-.
