All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if successful.
This record is in excellent+ condition. It has some light spindle marks visible on the labels when angled but no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere. The centres are not loose and overall the textured orange CBS labels are in good shape with no major issues.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything remotely serious and have a lovely gloss. There are a couple of very light minor wispy lines just visible and also some very minor wispy lines or 'scuffing' in normal light but nothing at all major as I say. These, which could be manufacturing imperfections, and a few more extremely minor wispy lines are visible under very bright white light but again nothing sinister or serious. The record has no nasty scuffs, marks or blemishes and has a lovely vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat, there is only slight movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent throughout. Its crisp, defined and very clear overall with no major interference audible. There is a hint of surface noise in the run in on both sides and I heard the most minimal trace at the beginning of track 1 on side 2, but the vast majority is crisp and clear. There are of course no skips, sticks or clicks and no pops or any other serious issues. It was a thoroughly enjoyable play test and produced audio of high quality with minimal interference and next to no distortion.
The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has some wear to the edges and corners(pics), but the writing along the spine is still clearly legible. Despite this mild wear there are no splits or weak areas anywhere and overall the sleeve is solid all round. It has no pen marks anywhere but there is some age related grubbiness and staining to the rear. This is at its worst along the top and bottom edge areas but there is some throughout. There is also a touch of fading on the rear as well a small tear or 'nick' to the bottom left corner area. Overall the sleeve is strong and free of any major problems but has the light age related wear and discolouring as mentioned. I have tried to capture the sleeves issues as best I can in the pictures provided so please study these to gain as much information as possible.
It includes a plain white inner which is in excellent condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but does have some mild age related grubbiness and creasing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
