Description
This auction is for a 12" vinyl record featuring radio spot advertisements from the classic sci-fi horror flick The Day Of The Triffids from 1962.
33rpm. Opaque black vinyl.
Side A contains spots eight spots total: two minute-ish-long, five 30-is-seconds-long, and one 10-seconds-long. All different, with great sound effects! (The odd durations were to include extra time for station breaks.)
Here's the deal with this one: there is a split from the edge to the label; it's cracked (see pics). That said, it's a relatively clean break, with minimal impact on actual play (and I later put a penny coin as a weight on the record player head, and it didn't skip once). To compensate, if the buyer wants, I will include a cleaned-up recording of the full record that eliminates the hiccups.
