The D-Coys – Bad Times 7” (orig. Australia Columbia MONO DO-4712)
Release date: August 1966.
On offer here is an ULTRA RARE original issue of the third (and final) 7” single by Adelaide-based group, THE D-COYS. The killer A-side “Bad Times” is a cover version of the 1964 single by British group, THE ROULETTES, whilst the equally impressive flipside “You’re Against” is an original protest song of misunderstood youth. visual: retains excellent lustre despite numerous superficial hairlines, few light surface scuffs, one light scratch across side 1 which DOES NOT affect play (side 1: VG(-), side 2: VG(+)) (seen under strong light).
audible: VG++ sounds superb despite some underlying surface noise. DEFINITELY NO JUMPS OR SKIPS - A HIGHLY ENJOYABLE LISTENING EXPERIENCE!
