-Correct 15 Columbus Circle NYC address on labels and cover
-Original cellophane window, die-cut embossed cover
-Original "crucifix" yellow inner sleeve

Note:
The first pressings of this album had the original 15 Columbus Circle NYC address on labels and cover, and they also have the Artisan mastering marks on both run-outs. The Artisan marks look like small boxes with "antennae" ears. These original Artisan pressings are known to have the best sound quality of all the vinyl pressings.
Condition:
Cover is nice, but shows moderate signs of wear and age. Shows light ring wear and wear marks on front and back, sticker residue on front upper right corner. Rubbing wear to seams but no splits. Cellophane is clean, intact, no damage. Spine shows rubbing wear. Overall, still presentable and attractive. Grade: Very Good (VG).
Vinyl is in nice condition, still has much of its original shine. Both sides show some light, superficial hairlines and scuffs, but nothing deep or serious--nothing that cause any audible problems or issues. I've play tested this record in spots--and it sounds very good, with some light, faint pressing noise here and there, but once the music kicks in, it's really not very noticeable. A very good play copy. Grade: Very Good (VG).
