Up for Auction is a Super Rare, Australian, LP record,  First Issue, Australian Pressing, entitled- 
"Waiting For The Sun" 
by American Psycho Rock Band, 
"The Doors"  and the affable Mr. Jim Morrison. (Mr. Mojo Risin)
on the Elektra/Astor Label, circa 1968, Category Number- EKS-74024, in Stereo.
Featuring First-Issue, Tan/Gold Elektra Labels.
This 1968, Australian Edition, First Pressing, of this LP, is extremely rare and hard to find now. This is the very first time I have had one in my possession.   Discogs, one of the largest record selling, and listing sites in the world,  does not even have this issue listed, among the 193 other issues, listed from all over the world.
It is so rare, Discogs have never, ever had the first, Stereo, Australian pressing, of  The Doors- "Waiting For The Sun" listed on Discogs.   So I actually couldn't list this particular record on there for sale!
The same Australian issue, in much the same condition as the one up for Auction here,  sold on Ebay in 2014 for $80 U.S. (Popspike).
The record, On side A, when viewed in normal, room lighting conditions,  has a visible, light, surface scratch, going across the first two tracks.  There is a small surface scuff, and visible, hairline scratch, across track three.
On side B of the record, in normal lighting conditions, there is a visible surface scuff,  and fine, hairline scratch, going across the first two tracks.
Looking at both sides of the record, under an extremely bright, 75 watt globe, on an angle, both sides of the record are covered with fine, spider-like, surface hairlines and scuffs, but they do not seem to affect play all that much, if at all.
The record labels do have a small amount of wear, but it is best that you decide the extent for yourself,  as this is shown very clearly, in my fantastic, detailed photos, of the various sections of the record.  
 The Album jacket has very slight, ring wear, both back and front. It has some corner knocks/wear, and some corner creases on all four corners.
The jacket has some mottling along all three spines, caused by wear, this is where the ink has worn away and white card shows through.  There is a bit of wear on the front of the jacket, along the edge of the record entrance.

I played this record right through, both sides, while writing this listing,  on my USB, converting turntable, so I can provide you with an MP3 file, holding a recording of the entire album,  taken from the actual record up here for auction.
The record pops in one spot, right through the quiet passages on the Unknown Soldier.  At no time does the needle skip or jump on the record when playing, it plays right through, cleanly, without any problems.
I played the whole record through a 75 Watt, six speaker, surround sound, Lenoxx Amplifier, and it sounded absolutely fantastic, with very little background noise from any visible record damage.
