Description
THE EGGY: You're Still Mine c/w Hookey. Spark UK orig. SRL 1024. 1969.
Here's a great record. It's a lovely copy of The Eggy's only release. Both tracks are quite pop-based, but feature absolutely brilliant killer fuzz guitar. Personally, I prefer 'You're Still Mine'. It's just a great fuzzed up psych/pop single. What makes this copy even more interesting is that it comes with a gatefold sleeve (see photos). Admittedly, it's not a great work of art, and it is sellotaped and written on a bit, but I reckon it's incredibly rare. I've never seen one before anyway. The vinyl is in superb condition, and I'd grade it an easy EX.
