ALL MY FEEDBACK IS FROM THE SALE OF VINYL & A FEW CD'S.
The Elgins LP.
Record no: STML 11081, titled: Darling baby. Dated 1966.
Songs are: Darling baby, In the midnight hour, Heaven must have sent you, I understand my man, Good lovin', It's gonna be hard times.......................Put yourself in my place, 634-5789, No time for tears, How sweet it is (to be loved by you), Stay in my lonely arms and When a man loves a woman.
The outer G & L laminated flipbcak sleeve is in excellent condition, with a little light ringwear to the edges, there is some laminate creases to the corners and a couple on the front, there is a small name written on the rear and the rear is a little grubby (nothing much) and this is still nice and clean with all flipbacks intact and has a good readable spine....................The vinyl is in excellent condition, with some light signs of play, has a few light surface marks and the occasional minor and light surface scratch but I have cleaned and played this and it plays really well and sounds great with just very occasioanl light background crackle in a few places (nothing much and still sounds wonderful and does not stick or jump, the line acorss the vinyl in the photo, is a reflection of an outside phone line and is not a mark on the vinyl) and this still has a really good sheen, the Tamla Motown record labels are really clean and readable with the centres showing some spindle wear and this comes in its original Tamla Motown advertising paper inner which is fine with a small split to one edge......................................Overall a really nice example and whoever gets this will not be disappointed..................................
