Among the records included as part of Decca Records release schedule in November 1969 appeared an album that in retrospect should have received more commercial attention than it attained. The album was this one "Introspection" by The End, a psychedelic masterpiece that owed its existence due to the patronage of Rolling Stones Bill Wyman and is itself a part of Rolling Stones History. This is an extremely rare and obscure 1969 *mono* first pressing of the UK Decca album release from, The End, produced by Rolling Stones Bill Wyman.
The LP comes on the Red with Silver Print Decca Record Labels and is in rare mono format and has its original Red Border Polythene lined inner bag and housed in it's original front laminated picture sleeve.
Side 1 matrix's, XARL-8993.P-2 A & 1 U. Side 2, XARL-8944.P-1 A & 1 B.
The LP plays with superb sound quality through all tracks with a great sound and with only a little static on the quieter passages, otherwise a superb 8/10 for sound quality.
Both record labels are extremely bright without any fading to the silver text or wear around the spindle holes and with just a few very light play signs and both labels are in Near Mint condition.
Both vinyl surfaces are in beautiful condition without any scratches, scuffs or marks with just a couple of very light and insignificant hairlines and both surfaces are in Near Mint condition.
The printed inner bag with date 10/69 is in Excellent condition without splits or tears.The front laminated picture sleeve is in overall Excellent Minus condition with LP indentation and a few laminate pinches on the front panel and with light handling and age toning signs on the back panel, both edges and the spine edge are free from splits and the spine edge wording, INTROSPECTION, THE END and catalogue numbers are clearly legible.
