THE ESCORTS 7" 45RPM Vinyl Record ON A DAY LIKE TODAY b/w SITTING BY A TREE Australia. 1967. Sunshine label. QK-1998 ~~~~~
Ultra rare 60s Aussie psych pop single on Sunshine label in original company sleeve. Both great tracks in the English whimsical psych pop vein.
A Brisbane band. They were regulars at that city's 'Scene' disco and were the resident band for the city's 'Countdown' T.V. programme. Flipside written by Marty Rhone.

CONDITION VINYL is VG (Great gloss and plays brightly with full fidelity and no noticeable play wear but has general sleeve marks and crackles, surface noise throughout. Still very playable and nothing that translates to clicks/jumps.) LABELS (Clean, unmarked) SLEEVE is VG (Overall clean, general handling wear and name in biro. No seam splits.
Records play tested using Rega RP3 turntable with a revealing Garrott K3 hi-fi cartridge.
