Black unmarked, single-sided 7” flexi-disc, 8"x8" thick paper HAND-STAMPED 'envelope' sleeve, 8 page stapled booklet designed & printed by The Ex with typical Rondos' Red Rat style graphics. A beautifully presented package.

Story of this release:

The Ex, Svätsox, and De Groeten squat at the Villa Zuid in Wormer, to save it from destruction, and distribute a free flexi-disc with brochure around the village, to explain why The Villa Must Stay! ('Villa Zuid Moet Blijven!’).

Insanely rare. Was sent to me by The Ex at time of release after I did a short feature on them in my fanzine. Despite always being kept in a protective plastic sleeve till now, the paper 'envelope' sleeve does show some very signs of wear/very - VERY - slight discolouration simply due to age (and being printed on recycled paper). Booklet is in Perfect/MINT condition. Flexi does have a few very shallow indentations in the plastic but this is how it was when it was sent to me and it still plays fine with no audible detraction from the sound.
