Description
TITLE/ARTIST: This extremely hard to find, 2nd LP release -- on the original Capitol Records Label -- by the legendary '60's doowop/soul/RnB group, The Five Keys, is in super good, condition. It is the second of their two LP releases, and probably harder to find out there than their 1st release -- and even comes with the original Capitol Records inner sleeve (see pics below). The album is entitled, "The Fantastic Five Keys", and features 12 of their earliest songs -- including their hit "Ling, Ting, Tong! The album is just one of many nicely conditioned LPs I'll be listing in the coming days/weeks ahead and nearly all are highly collectible and in great shape. As mentioned already, this LP is in great condition and features 12 songs, including the song already mentioned plus, "The Verdict", "Close Your Eyes", and "Wisdom Of A Fool" among others. In my opinion, the condition of both the vinyl and the jacket are both super good, but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge for yourself. LABEL INFO: It is on the original Capitol Label, T-1769, in mono, and in my opinion, is in absolutely beautiful shape. I don't even see any spindle marks around the center circle, which certainly indicates very little overall play. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is very shiny, clean and nice with nothing negative to report at all. To me, it looks almost as nice as the day it was 1st purchased. JACKET INFO: Likewise, the jacket is also quite clean and nice with no real serious flaws either -- although there are a couple very small scuff marks along the open seam areas and a 1/2" seam split in the very top corner. So, please view the pictures below and judge everything for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: Overall, this entire super rare package is very nice!! You just don't see these '50's-60's LPs out there very much, espiecally in this kind of shape, so please have at it. In addition, I have listed---and will continue to do so---many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to get to yet -- of all varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!!
