SP from THE GERMS issued in 1977 on the label WHAT RECORDS?, Ref : WHAT 01
A side : Forming
B side : - (black label)
Made in USA – W/Picture sleeve + Insert.
Cover : VG+ (Ringwear on both sides. Creases on the edges. A removed sticker leaved a small mark on back)
Insert : VG++ (A light cfrease on the right)
Record : VG++ (Few light surface marks, nothing serious)
This is the second pressing issued atr 1000 copies. Sleeve has one dollar offer on back, insert has "one more you morons", etc...
