VINYL. - Is graded VERY GOOD - GOOD ( visually) and under strong light SIDE A shows a moderate amount of light surface marks, sleeve removal scuffing, nothing major or no feelable marks Mainly just superficial surface marks. SIDE B shows considerably more light surface marks but again nothing nasty or feelable but a couple that are more prominent but nothing overly major.

PLAY TEST - The vinyl has been play tested throughout on my Rega 3 turntable and with a brand new ortofon 2m red stylus. ( I change every 12 months and this was the first album played on it ) The Vinyl plays through without any major issues or flaws , No jumps or skips, sticks. Mainly throughout the Audio is clear, clean and bright. Within some of the more quieter tracks ( in Heaven) for example there is more noticeable light background crackle and odd light click. That theme continues throughout , the more louder tracks it's hardly noticeable than the more mellow tracks. Again non are overpowering or unbearable , it just reflects the condition. Still a very nice listen and over all I would grade the playback VERY GOOD.

LABELS. : The LABELS are graded VERY GOOD and on both sides show considerable amount of spindle traces. Obviously with the labels being white it causes more of a sheen around the centre hole. Other than that the rough textured labels are bright, and clean. All text is clear and there are no rips, stickers or defacing.

SLEEVE : Is graded VERY GOOD+ and for most part strong and intact. The fully laminated front shows one or two light creases, nothing major , more to both bottom corners and a small one top right. No lifting or bubbling front the spine end. The rear is pretty nice, clean and predominantly white with hardly any grubbiness or rubbing and all print is bold and clear. There is however a little damage to the top right corner of one of the flipbacks causing a split around 2 inches at that corner. Again it's not major and doesn't look to untoward as its right at the top. The spine is totally intact and all print is legible, just some light squashing but both sniped edges are still prominent. Still a nice sleeve, with one or two faults but probably one of the most iconic sleeves of that era.

INNER. Comes with the inner that was with it when I purchased it and since has lived in a new polythene lined one. I will place it in a fresh one again for shipping.

So over all a totally acceptable copy of a very hard to find album. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MINT OR EXCELLENT COPY, THIS ONE MAYBE ISNT FOR YOU SO BEAR THAT IN MIND BEFORE BIDDING. These just don't see the light of day and the last one that I can see listed ( original that is ) was 2014 according to popsike and many years for one previous to that. Now that I have managed to find a really nice copy, it's time to let someone own and enjoy this one as I have over the years. It's always been played carefully and looked after as I'm very anal with my collection. There is according to RRPG a version with an extra track "I've got to get to know her" but this isn't the case in this instance. Though I'm lead to believe that , that track was written after the albums release so couldn't have been on initial runs. Anyway myth or not is an album that's in my top ten all time albums, it's delightful. And here is a chance to have one in your collection also.
