This is the ONLY black version sold on eBay at the time of listing! Have not seen any for ages.
I do not own a record player, at least not here in China, back home: yes, I have got a record player. I have never listened to this album but bought it opened and in the condition I am selling it now. Grading is VISUAL.
This looks very much like an UNPLAYED item in superb condition.

Item: The Hellacopters - Rock & Roll Is Dead (Black LP) Made in Europe
I do not own a record player here in Beijing, so the album has been graded visually. I am selling this in the condition I have received it in. It has not been played by me. More details below.
Collectability/Value: Out of print, the one and ONLY copy sold on eBay at the time of listing
Condition: I have never played the record and I do not own a turntable. Overall, the record is in Excellent condition or even better than Excellent with a couple of light marks, hairlines caused by the record brushing against the paper sleeve. I have used Discogs grading system as a reference.   Cover (Outer Sleeve) with minimal ring wear (not overwhelming); no splits; no bumped corners (all sharp); no dings; one small mark (See Photo #23); slight, tiny creases (2-3 of them, hardly noticeable) that may be manufacturing flaws (See Photo #24); cover made of thin and rather fragile paper (not cardboard); one very light, hardly noticeable spot that may be a fingerprint (See Photo #23) -- I DO NOT THINK YOU WILL EVER FIND ANOTHER ONE WITH THE COVER IN BETTER CONDITION Original printed Inner Sleeve has no split seams; minimal ring wear (not overwhelming); no creases Record will need a good cleaning -- it is very static -- slight scuffs that should not affect the listening experience; I do not see groove wear; spindle holes and the labels show no wear; a few longish, light, faint, straight marks near the edge of the LP on Side B as seen in photo #23 along the three white arrows -- perhaps these were left by the sharp edges inside the inner sleeve? (see photo #24); sorry about the dust seen in photo #23 -- as I noted the record is very static and I do not have the right tools to clean LPs, so I would rather not attempt giving it a clean; LOOKS UNPLAYED Please take a look at the photos and let me know if you would like to see more or if you need more details.

Everything is checked for cosmetic imperfections and noted in the listing. I will put the vinyl in a generic inner sleeve placed on top of the empty jacket. Everything will be put into a resealable or open-top clear plastic record sleeve. One thing I can guarantee: professional packaging. I pride myself in providing my customers with the best packaging. Photos in the listing mainly focus on documenting the slightest of cosmetic defects/nuisances. If you use little gloves for booklet handling and you make sure the print on the disc is facing correctly in the jewel case or you make sure side 1 of a vinyl is facing up when you pull a record out of the paper sleeve, then this item is not for you. :)
This will be well packed using a sturdy cardboard box, sheets of cardboard, plastic corner protectors and padding. Photos will be sent to the winner showing how the item has been packed. I ship with a tracking number. WILL BE PACKED WITH EXTRA CARE!

About jewel cases: I do the best I can to avoid jewel cases from being cracked, but unfortunately that happens in shipping on occasion. There is nothing I can do to prevent damage if an elephant happens to step on your parcel... :) Discogs has this to say about those damn jewel cases: "Standard Jewel Cases are not graded as they are replaceable." However, I will ALWAYS describe the condition of jewel cases.
