The History Of Rock (1982 UK complete set of all FORTY volumes of the Orbis Publishing History Of Rock
With each [mostly] double LP volume featuring a collection of classic recordings by the original artists
from Elvis through The Beatles Rock Glam Punk & The Sex Pistols to Elvis Costello.
Each volume has a similar style gatefold sleeve with extensive notes inside. The Beatles volume is of particular interest as the second disc contains the Hollywood Bowl recordings from 1964-65.
Some of the sleeves do show some light discolouration and the odd seam split caused during storage whilst the vinyl discs themselves appear seldom played.
An excellent set at a fraction of the price that you would pay to purchase them individually! HRL001-040)

ADDITIONAL CONDITION COMMENTS
The Records are in Very Good Condition, most appear un-played
The Sleeves are a mix of Fair to Good Condition 6-7 have some splitting to the edges most have some storage wear to the edges and corners and scuffing.
The Spines have some scuffing and wear.
All the Records have the inner sleeves which are in good condition, with no tears, there is some dis-colourisation to them.
The Books are complete with all pages, the covers have some Marks, the text and pictures are bright and in good condition
Please note books included are numbered 2-10, I cannot find number 1. Can probably be picked up elsewhere on it's own cheap enough
