Rankin / Bass “The Hobbit - The Complete Original Soundtrack” vinyl 2xLP Box Set with book (Buena Vista Records - 103) 1977


Up for auction is a rare vinyl record box set of “The Hobbit - The Complete Original Soundtrack” on Buena Vista Records.  This LP set includes dialogue, music, & songs from the original motion picture.  It also includes a 16 page book w/ full color illustrations!  Unfortunately, the poster and iron-ons are long gone...


I was given a rather large record collection from a family friend about ten years ago and now it is time to reduce.  This box set was a part of that collection.  Our family friend was the original owner.  Since I acquired this set it has been played once, stored upright, and living in a smoke free home!  


Vinyl Condition Ex+ / NM- (practically looks unplayed)  I played this once long ago, I do not recall any major issues. 


Box Condition EX- (some shelf-wear and edge-wear / creases on back / box is completely intact!) Amazing condition for it’s age.  Please see images.  Includes 16 page booklet Ex++ w/ full color illustrations!
