Has been carefully stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment since I acquired it. The LPs look like they have never been played. Just a little dust and a fingerprint or two. We don't have a professional record cleaner or we'd probably grade these two vinyl 12 inch records as in NEAR MINT CONDITION. Outer box has some minor edgewear but the seams are fine. See pictures. What you see is what you get.
