THE HOLLIESBUS STOP
(Mono Version) 180-gram vinyl, 180 GRAM AUDIOPHILE VINYL SOURCED FROM ORIGINAL UK MONO MASTER TAPES.STILL SEALED BUT HAS A SMALL SEAM SPLIT AT THE TOP OTHER THEN THAT IS PRISTINE SEALED CONDITION AND STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL 2011 MARKETING STICKER STILL ATTACHED
Perhaps the most undervalued band of the original British Invasion, The Hollies’ hits are well known in the U.S. ... but their early albums are almost impossible to find! Taking their name from Buddy Holly and modeling their harmonies on the Everly Brothers, the Hollies gathered these American musical ingredients and whipped them into a wholly-UKnique concoction. Forging their sound to the east of their Liverpool brothers-in-beat, this Manchester quintet had it all: the soaring vocals of Allan Clarke, Graham Nash and Tony Hicks; Hicks’ cascading, arpeggio-laden licks on guitar and a hard-hitting rhythm section driven by drummer extraordinaire Bobby Elliot.
No rest for the Hollies in 1966! Hot on the heels of Beat Group!, Bus Stop rolled into U.S. record shops, right on schedule. Written by Graham Gouldman, the title track became the band’s first Top Ten U.S. single, peaking at No. 5, and featuring their bell-tone harmonies to perfection. In addition to the sparkling single, the album is packed with their renditions of contemporary hits like Simon and Garfunkel's "I Am A Rock," Smokey Robinson and the Miracles' "Mickey's Monkey'" and the Fred Neil/Roy Orbison chestnut "Candy Man." Self-penned songs "We're Through," "Don't Run and Hide" and "You Know He Did” also shine brightly and prove there was no danger of covering up the band members’ writing skills. With this disc, the Hollies’ put the rock world on notice that they were the British Invasion’s most beat-filled battalion!
Out of print for decades, this classic album is FINALLY available again. Sourced from the aurally awesome original U.K. mono master, this LP is pressed on pristine 180-gram vinyl per your turntable’s request. Get in the queue!

THE HOLLIES LOST RECORDINGS & BEAT RARITIES 45rpm 7" Vinyl Box Set
20 Vintage Recordings on 10 7" Vinyl Singles!
A Treasure Trove of Hollies Rarities Sourced from the Mono Masters!
This highly resonant set acts as a guidebook to many of the missing links behind the one British beat group who, more than any other, stayed neck-and-neck with the Beatles throughout the ‘60s. In terms of quality single releases with irresistible chart appeal (15 Top Ten 45s in the UK) and pure musical evolution, there is no doubt the Hollies breathed the same rarified air as the Fab Four.
The Hollies Lost Recordings and Beat Rarities collects 20 long-buried tracks and hard-to-find gems, ranging from rare U.S. and British singles to EP rarities and unissued songs, all perfectly ripe for release as an original Hollies 45, whether that happened or not. Follow the group from their first single (released in May of 1963), the savage “Ain’t That Just Like Me” b/w “Hey What’s Wrong With Me,” through their discotheque dance floor raves: “Come On Back,” “What Kind of Love” and “She Said Yeah.” Swoon to their swingin’ ballad “Yes I Will,” groove with their jazzy “Honey and Wine” and float to outer space with “All The World is Love.” Discover an impossible-to-find, spy-style double-sider the Hollies did for a 1967 Italian movie, and groove to unreleased tracks cut while on tour in New York City in 1965, then marvel at an extremely scarce cover of the Beatles’ “If I Needed Someone,” tracked at Abbey Road, revered recording home to both groups.
Sundazed has collected a pirate’s ransom of tracks here, nearly all unavailable on any original English or American Hollies album. Delivered now via the supremely cool format of 45 rpm vinyl, each single is loaded with guaranteed Disk Jockey dance-floor magic that only further cements the Hollies’ reputation as the coolest Manchester band, ever!!!

- THE HOLLIES Hear! Here!
180 GRAM AUDIOPHILE VINYL SOURCED FROM ORIGINAL UK MONO MASTER TAPES.(Mono Version)
Hear! Here!, the Hollies' second American album, was issued stateside in 1965 by Imperial Records. It's a reworked - and, for many listeners, improved - variation on the original British LP known simply as Hollies, with the U.S. version adding the hits "Look Through Any Window" (the Hollies' first American Top 40 single) and "I'm Alive." Hear! Here! Finds the band members' original compositions beginning to dominate the Hollies' repertoire, with their songwriting skills shining on such standout tracks as "Put Yourself In My Place," "So Lonely" and "I've Been Wrong." Elsewhere on the album, the group's interpretive skills shine through on Curtis Mayfield's "You Must Believe Me," Roy Orbison's "Down The Line" and Lloyd Price's "Lawdy Miss Clawdy."

- THE HOLLIES Beat Group
180 GRAM AUDIOPHILE VINYL SOURCED FROM ORIGINAL UK MONO MASTER TAPES.(Mono Version)
180-gram vinyl, mono edition
Originally released in the U.S. in 1966, Beat Group! was the American cousin to the Hollies' British LP Would You Believe?. However, identical cousins they were not: Beat Group! boasts substantially altered musical content and completely different cover art. Led by the snap-jangle-pop of the smash single, "I Can't Let Go," the album is a thrilling combination of originals and R&B covers ripped from their riotous live sets. Highlights include commanding versions of Buddy Holly's "Take Your Time," Sam and Dave's "I Take What I Want" and the Otis Redding/O.V. Wright classic "That's How Strong My Love Is." Original songs "Hard Hard Year," "Oriental Sadness" and "Fifi the Flea," along with Mersey Beat staples "A Taste of Honey" and "Mr. Moonlight" round out the disc.
Out of print for decades, this classic album is FINALLY available again. Sourced from the aurally awesome original U.K. mono master, this LP is pressed on pristine 180-gram vinyl per your turntable's request. Get in the queue!

THE HOLLIES HERE I GO AGAIN 180 GRAM AUDIOPHILE VINYL SOURCED FROM ORIGINAL UK MONO MASTER TAPES.
(Mono Version) 180-gram vinyl,Of all the English bands who achieved international success during the first wave of the British Invasion, none combined youthful rock 'n' roll energy with musical sophistication more compellingly than the Hollies. The Manchester quintet effortlessly combined the effervescent, Everly Brothers-inspired vocal harmonies of Allan Clarke, Graham Nash and Tony Hicks with a muscular rhythm section driven by the brilliant drummer Bobby Elliott, creating one of their era's most beloved and enduring musical catalogs. Now, just in time for the Hollies' induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Sundazed Music presents completely restored vinyl editions of the rare U.S. versions of the band's first two albums.
As was standard practice with British acts at the time, the Hollies' early albums reached American shores in very different form than the versions that were released overseas, with alternate track listings and different cover art than their U.K. and European counterparts. Although these unique variants are the form in which millions of American fans first experienced these historic albums, they have been out of print for decades, and have long been obtainable only at inflated collectors' prices.
Released in America in 1964 by Imperial Records, Here I Go Again was the Hollies' U.S. debut, and is rated by many fans as superior to its British counterpart, Stay with the Hollies. Here I Go Again offers an accurate representation of the Hollies' early repertoire, comprised largely of distinctive covers of American R&B and rock 'n' roll classics. In addition to the ultra-catchy title tune and their hit covers of Maurice Williams' "Stay" and Doris Troy's "Just One Look," the album finds the Hollies applying their trademark style to such iconic numbers as Chuck Berry's "Memphis," Little Richard's "Lucille" and Arthur Alexander's "You Better Move On."
Hear! Here!, the Hollies' second American album, was issued stateside in 1965 by Imperial Records. It's a reworked--and, for many listeners, improved--variation on the original British LP known simply as Hollies, with the U.S. version adding the hits "Look Through Any Window" (the Hollies' first American Top 40 single) and "I'm Alive." Hear! Here! finds the band members' original compositions beginning to dominate the Hollies' repertoire, with their songwriting skills shining on such standout tracks as "Put Yourself in My Place," "So Lonely" and "I've Been Wrong." Elsewhere on the album, the group's interpretive skills shine through on Curtis Mayfield's "You Must Believe Me," Roy Orbison's "Down the Line" and Lloyd Price's "Lawdy Miss Clawdy."
Sundazed Music's new vinyl editions of Here I Go Again and Hear! Here! restore these landmark albums to the form in which American listeners first heard them. They're mastered from the original mono master tapes and pressed on pristine 180 gram vinyl, with complete original cover art.

THE HOLLIES WHAT GOES AROUND LONG OUT OF PRINT VINYL LP - STILL SEALED - HAS A CUTOUT IN JACKET - The Hollies were one of the biggest groups to come out of the 60's British invasion. In 1983 original members Graham Nash, Allan Clarke, Tony Hicks & Bobby Elliott reformed to record one album for Atlantic Records. 'What Goes Around' is making it's worldwide CD debut and features bonus track of the non-LP b-side 'Musical Pictures'. Wounded Bird Records
Suprisingly, Graham Nash returned to the fold in 1983 for this solid studio effort and brief tour. The two and three part harmonies beloved by Hollies fans are in full force. The production has an 80's gloss that some will dislike. At the time of release, some reviewers expressed disappointment that the songs were written by outsiders ... not the classic (and great) Clarke-Nash-Hicks combo. Well, big deal I say ... the tunes are perfectly servicable, occasionally compelling, and create a fine venue for those distinctive voices. If there are no great songs, there is nothing bad either. By the way, "Stop in the Name of Love," which scraped the lower regions of the U.S. top-40, is one of the LESSER performances here. This is, for the most part, an energetic, contemporary (for 1983)sounding record, with a ballad or two for balance. Everyone is in great voice -- no ragged edges whatsoever. Some will dislike the heavy "synth" feel to the tracks, but the superb (and criminally underated) Tony Hicks still gets in some stirring guitar licks here and there. So hell, what's there to complain about? This is a good listen all the way through if you like killer harmonies in a pop-rock setting. In terms of sheer vocal power, let me suggest that this group (with Nash)have few if any peers

THE HOLLIES EVOLUTION - CUT FROM ORIGINAL MASTER TAPES
Mono & Stereo Versions On Double 180g LP!
Evolution was the first of two albums released in 1967 by The Hollies - the other being Butterfly. The album features songs written by group members Allan Clarke, Graham Nash, and Tony Hicks. The artwork for the album cover was created by a Dutch design group The Fool along with the psychedelic photo by Karl Ferris. The cover portrays the group pushing through a psychedelic membrane as a reference to their wish to break away from their pop sound and move into more psychedelic music.
The Hollies are an English rock group known for their pioneering and distinctive three part vocal harmony style. They became one of the leading British groups of the 1960s (231 weeks on the UK singles charts during the 1960s; the 9th highest of any artist of the decade) and into the mid 1970s. The group was formed by Allan Clarke and Graham Nash in late 1962 as a Merseybeat type music group in Manchester, although some of the band members came from towns north of there. Graham Nash left the group in 1968 to form the supergroup Crosby, Stills & Nash.
