MY METHOD OF SHIPPING RECORDS: I USE A LP MAILER AND BOARDS, I REMOVE THE RECORD FROM THE COVER PUT IT IN A PLAIN WHITE SLEEVE AND PUT THEM BOTH IN A POLY BAG, IF THE RECORD HAS A LYRIC/PICTURE INNER SLEEVE I WILL ALSO REMOVE THE RECORD FROM THAT AND PUT IT IN A PLAIN WHITE SLEEVE
FORMAT: 12 INCH 33 RPM
CONDITION OF RECORD: VERY NICE VG, GROOVES AND GLOSS ARE 98% BUT THERE IS A FLAW ON BOTH SIDES, SONG ONE ON BOTH SIDES
NOT SURE IF IT'S FACTORY FLAW OR MAN-MADE, IT LOOKS LIKE THE EDGE HAS SEEN A LITTLE HEAT BUT THE RECORD IS NOT WARPED
IT PLAYS FINE BUT THERE IS A LIGHT AUDIBLE NOISE ONCE PER ROTATION FOR ABOUT 60 SECONDS, NOT REALLY DISTRACTING (SEE GRADING SCALE BELOW)
USE THE ZOOM FEATURE FOR LABEL CONDITION
CONDITION OF COVER: VG+ WITH A LITTLE LIGHT WEAR, NICE READABLE SPINE, THERE IS SOME WEAR ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM SEAM
SONGS: SEE PICTURES OF LABELS
GRADING SCALE:
NEAR MINT: No visible signs of wear or damage.
VG++: Same as NEAR MINT, but might have some light paper scuffing or a very tiny mark, both have zero affect on the play. The Gloss and Grooves are at 99% or better.
VG+: Still has at least 95% of the Gloss with some light scuffs and light marks, the Grooves are at least 85%, the sound quality is to the original intent with a few light pops here and there.
VERY NICE VG: Same as VG, but the Gloss is 90% or higher and the Grooves are at 80% or higher.
VG: Still has at least 85% of the Gloss with some scuffing and a few light marks, the Grooves are at least 75%, sound quality is pretty close to the original intent , you will have some light pops.
VG-: Still shiny but without the luster of a new record, with some scuffs & light scratches. Sound quality is generally free from distortion with some light noise and/or light pops.
G+: Still has some good gloss and the grooves are 65% or better, plays through and is enjoyable listening, but will have many issues.
