Description
This is another rare find, because of the upside down print and R-DELL sleeve, I acquired it from a serious doo wop collector, like some of the others it is in beautiful condition and hard to find. It has the R-DELL black with silver print labels #11, called: THE JAGUARS SING, THE WAY YOU LOOK TONIGHT & BABY BABY BABY. In trail off is R-DELL 142 & R-DELL 139. Also in trail off is A31918 other side A31919. These labels are unusual because like no other R-Dells I've seen, this one has the company name at the top of the spindle hole with the group name and song title at the bottom of spindle hole but upside down. It is not a bootleg or late reissue. and the sleeve is an original with their original colors, it is not some kind of reprint. Like some of the other ' 50s and early '60s 45s I acquired in this collection this one has its original yellow and red R-DELL company sleeve. This sleeve is quite rare, I would rather not part with these hard to find 45s because they are in such wonderful condition and are without a doubt excellent investments, but I have to, it does give me pleasure to pass it on to a collector that will give it a good home in their collection. I am sure another one like it will never come along especially in this CONDITION: SLEEVE NM - - / 45 NM + . The sleeve has NO seam splits, tears, folds, stains, bad wear, stickers, writing, etc. The 45 has very clean flat black with sharp detailed silver print labels NO stains, wear, writing, stickers, etc. Just has very light wear and wrinkles. Playing surfaces have a deep gloss shine, NO scratches, scuffs, groove wear, defects, warps, stains, etc, looks never played. Good Luck! I am offering it with NO reserve.
