This record is in good+ condition. It has lots of spindle marks visible on the labels but no scuffs, stains, pen marks or fading anywhere. The centre holes are not overly worn or loose and overall the labels are bright, clean and free of any major problems.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything deep or really nasty but do have loads of light surface lines and sleeve scuffs visible in normal light. There is nothing deep or sinister however but there are lots of these light surface lines(pics). There is also a couple of other small light marks and some areas of light groove wear, but again nothing really sinister. All these lines and clear signs of use clearly show under bright light but there is again nothing deep or sinister evident, just loads of light surface lines. Despite being clearly well used it still has a decent shine and is free of serious marks or blemishes as I say.
I play tested the record and it plays surprisingly well with enjoyable audio throughout and no serious issues. It lays flat, there is only a hint of movement in the record arm and the sound produced is on the whole excellent. It does have occasional light interference or surface noise but the vast majority of the audio masks this completely. It can be heard between tracks and in the very rare, very quiet parts but overall the audio is still very enjoyable and there is no interference to be hugely disruptive. I heard no disruptive clicks on either side, and of course no skips or sticks. So overall a clearly used record but one that produces an enjoyable sound which is still of good quality and would grade higher audibly.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has wear to the edges and corners(pics), and the writing along the spine is no longer all legible. There are no splits or weak areas anywhere however and all the edges are solid enough. There are no tears or pen marks anywhere on the sleeve but there is a scuff near the front top right corner area and also a 'tape residue mark' near the front top edge. There is also creasing to both sides, some faint ring marks and some general age related grubbiness/wear. Overall not a pristine sleeve but one that is still solid enough with no major structural issues. I have tried to describe it as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains a brand new plain white replacement inner as the original is unfortunately missing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
