THE JAM 7" SINGLE: "In The City" (Fully Signed)

Classic Jam 7" single fully signed in person on front cover in blue ballpoint pen by all three members: Paul Weller, Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler.

The picture shows a close-up of the signatures: all 3 signatures are in part signed over the black background and have been quite difficult to photograph clearly.

This single comes from a large collection of Jam / Weller / 2-Tone signed memorabilia. The collector was an avid fan and follower of the Jam and other bands of the era and these autographs were collected in person by him in the early 1980s. I bought most of his collection and am only selling off the duplicates.

No Certificate Of Authenticity (as these are usually worth no more than the paper they are printed on anyway) but I will refund your money in full if, upon closer inspection you are not 100% certain (as I am) that these are genuine. NB: A good source of reference is the rear sleeve of the Jam's "Digging The New Breed" which has pre-printed autographs of all three band members.

I grade all records according to the Record Collector Grading System, i.e:

Mint - Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. the cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerablesurface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced
