This is the “RVG”-stamped, Deep Groove, P-pressing of THE JAZZ MESSENGERS “At Café Bohemia Volume 1” on the “767 Lexington Ave / 47 West 63rd” labels of Blue Note BLP 1507.
VINYL surface is clean, with a handful of non feelable hairline marks. One or two feelable. Good gloss. Plays very well, clean, with occasional pops or ticks. Dynamic and punchy. Deep Groove labels are clean. See photos.
COVER is very worn. Tears on cover, top and left. Marks and ringwear. Spine and seams split or very worn. Tape on all corners. “Blue Note Records, 767 Lexington Ave, New York 21” back jacket shows tape, tears, stickers, writing. Please see photos.
This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system. RECORD CLEANED ON ULTRASONIC CLEANER.
