A few IMPORTANT words about Holidays Shipping:
Every year the USPS publishes a list of dates by which it recommends packages to be mailed for in-time delivery for the holidays. This is the best and most reliable reference for shipping dates as the USPS has after all some experience in this. You can find it here:
https://www.usps.com/shippingdates/welcome.htm
I send all of my FREE SHIPPING items Parcel Post with delivery confirmation/tracking and I need 3 days to process your purchase as I do collect, buy, sell, wheeland deal as a hobby.
This means that I MUST have your payment for any Holidays purchase
by 12-Dec for DOMESTIC mailings,
by 30-Nov for AFRICA, CENTRAL and S-AMERICA
and
by 6-Dec for the REST OF THE WORLD
if you hope to receive it in time.
Now please remember that I cannot be held responsible for any irregularities in postal service and/or acts of nature. I mail according to the guidelines set forth here. If you want to speed up your delivery, I offer secondary mail services so for a small additional charge I will upgrade shipping to Priority Mail. I will also mail any other form according to your request, but you would have to carry any additional costs. Alternatively the best policy of course is to buy early and avoid the holidays shipping hassle altogether.
One last IMPORTANT note: ALL of the items I sell I have IN HAND. Unlike many other sellers out there I am never listing an item I yet have to obtain.
As stated above I am a hobbyist, a collector and not some kind of middleman.
THIS IS PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT DURING THE X-MAS SHOPPING SEASON AS YOU OBVIOUSLY WOULD EXPECT AN ITEM SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE TO BE DEFINITIVELY IN STOCK AND AT HAND WHEN YOU BUY IT THROUGH A SELLER ON EBAY.
