Description
THE KINKS - SOMETHING ELSE BY THE KINKS LP
Rare Original 1967 UK PYE Mono Release
Matrix Numbers: NM̶PL 18193A-1✳M (The first 'M' is scratched out) / NM̶PL18193B-1✳M (The first 'M' is scratched out. The incorrect second matrix is struck through by hand)
Format: Vinyl LP (33/3 rpm)
Record Label: Pye
Catalogue No: NPL 18193
Year of Release: 1967
Country: UK
Condition of Vinyl: The Vinyl has a lovely glossy sheen on both sides. The Vinyl has a scratch on Side 1 across tracks 6 & 7 and a scratch on Side 2 across tracks 5 & 6. I have play tested the album and the audio quality overall is excellent, with just some occasional light surface noise, other than where the scratches appear. The Album plays through both scratches on my turntable, with an audible click but it does not stick or jump.
I have tried to clearly show both scratches in the photographs.
Condition of Labels: The Pye Labels are Both in Nice Clean Condition with a few fine spindle marks.
Condition of Sleeve: The Original Silver Flip Back Sleeve has some shelf and ring wear and a slight ripple as seen in the photos, but it does not have any damage or splits to the edges. The Spine has clear, legible text.
