Description

The Last Days s.t.  Very rare private Christian folk/psych from Texas released in 1972 by Crusade Enterprises. Moody gentle folk with mostly male vocals and a few female led tracks. Fantastic, heartfelt, well-written original songs throughout the LP. Two tracks have heavier rock moments with power chord riffing and fuzz guitar that kind of comes out of nowhere. Real killer stuff in a garage band like way. Disc looks real nice. Shiny wax and only a few very light swipes. Nothing feelable or deep at all. Couple of small dimples/pock marks in the pressing. It plays mostly real quiet but there are times of light ticking here and there or a pop. Nothing repeating or bad. I think it sounds quieter than the clip provided with the Carolina Soul listing that's on Popsike. The cover has some ring wear top and bottom and a tag on spine from the teen center it probably was originally at. See pics. Spine and seams all solid. No splits. No writing anywhere. Great piece.
