Description

Mal Waldron, piano Addison Farmer, bass Al Heath, drums. recorded March 20th,1959. This record has been play tested. SIDE ONE  Track 1 (Champs Elysees)(POOR). Considerable surface crackle which eases down to a tolerable level about quarter way in after which apart from a few clicks/crackle plays okay to the end of the track which has a light repetetive click through and into Track 2 (All About Us) (GOOD MINUS) then some light pops with light sounds through the track to Track 3 (Ciao!)(GOOD) This track plays fine and is a joy to listen to. The trio at there best, absolutely hip daddio ! The low key ending is happily clear and quiet on the run out. SIDE TWO Track 1 (All The Way)(POOR) distinctly audible surface crackle (annoying as this is a quiet track) plus some clicks and light pops through to the end of the track. Track 2 (With A Song In My Heart ) (GOOD PLUS) plays fine. Not perfect but fine. Track 3 ( You Stepped Out Of A Dream )(GOOD) some light clicks but okay. Track 4 (C'est Formidable) (GOOD) minor surface noise at start but plays fine with quiet run off. All in all apart from the first track on each side an enjoyable record. The cover is worn with corners rubbed and some marks to front laminate . No splits or tears. Matrix on label states (NJLP 8242 A) and vinyl matches. the record surface shows marks and  some light scratches but the play description is accurate and honestly given. Please observe all photos which form part of the description. Offered NO RESERVE   Record will be posted in correct records packaging  This record posts UK and Internationally signed/tracked subject to my exclusion list.  Ebay Global Shipping is not currently part of my postage options.
