COVER CONDITION Very Good Plus Plus (VG++), The flipback sleeve is in nice condition with slight ring and general wear.
RECORD CONDITION Very Goood Plus Plus (VG++), the record is in nice condition with only a couple of very light scratches and some light scuffs and has great looking labels ( this copy has the word buried spelt "burried" on the label)
GENERAL COMMENTS This Australian only ep is getting harder to find in nice condition, this must be one of the best debut garage ep releases anywhere, this is a nice keeper copy and is a different variant to the other copy that I am selling.
