Beverleys Rare orig LP

Very hard to find original Jamaican
Beverleys Records edition of Monkey Man.
Catalogue No BLP008.

Like other versions of this LP I have seen
on Popsike etc ...
this comes in a UK made Trojan laminated sleeve
with catalogue no TPL107.

SLEEVE has a few laminate creases at the opening
but a pretty clean rear & is generally nr EX condition,

LABELS are EX condition,

VINYL is VG+ condition with a few light scuffs
& a couple of light surface scratches, a few clicks
but generally plays with minimal surface noise
with no jumps or sticks.

Has had a professional clean and has been housed
in a new Japanese anti static inner sleeve
inside the original inner sleeve.

For accurate play grading (like all my records)
This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable
fitted with a Goldring stylus,

Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers
that have superb response and definition on all frequencies,
with a Quad Amp set-up.

For accurate visual grade (like all my records)
This record has been professionally cleaned using an
Okki Nokki cleaning machine.

First clean with purified water and isopropanol alcohol and
finished off with L'art du son / purified water mix.

The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have
from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.

The l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness
in the alcohol water mix.
