On offer here is a very rare LP by The Merseybeats called “The Merseybeats” and it is a 1964 UK 1st pressing on the “textured” Fontana label. Comes with original innersleeve and laminated flipback cover. The cat. No. is TL 5210 – Mono. This LP is very hard to find; specially in this great condition. The record labels has no wear, no writing, and only a very few light spindle marks (see scanned pictures). The vinyl is nearly perfect ; side 1 has only a few “hairliners” & paper scuffs … side 2 none (perfect). The record must grade Excellent+. The flipback laminated cover is also in great condition! It has no edge wear, only slight/light corner wear, great shiny laminate front sleeve and no writing! The opening edge is beautifully straight with no feathering on front. The unlaminated back is also in great condition with clean/perfect flipbacks, no grubbiness, no yellowing, no writing, no spots … just very light wear around opening edge back. There is a light stamp mark (Sample Not For Sale) in the middle of the back sleeve … the stamped words For Sale is almost not visible (see scanned picture). The original polylined innersleeve is in great condition. This is The Merseybeats one and only album and a classic UK Beat LP and very, very rare (specially in this condition). This copy really deserve a serious collector. I will mail this LP with stiff & solid packing; extra new polylined innerbag and heavy duty PVC sleeve for protection will be enclosed.
