On offer is a picture disc of The Meteors' LP The Mutant Monkey and the Surfers from Zorch, Step 1 Music, Cherry Red Records.  The LP was originally released in 1988.  The picture disc came out in 2008.  This copy was made in the "EEC," the European Union.  The LP was sold in and comes in a plastic cover.  See photos.
I bought this LP new in a record store in England some years back.  It is new for all practical purposes.  I have never played it except to sample a track or two for several seconds in order to verify that it sounds great.
