All aspects of this item is in MINT, brand new, never played CONDITION 

*NOTE: THE RECORD SLEEVE HAS A 1/2 INCH TEAR, COURTESY OF SOME HYPER (overworked and under the table!)....EMPLOYEE..., Listening to "The Carpenter's ~ Rainy Days and Mondays..." and perhaps working a bit too fast whilst inserting the vinyl, into the fragile, white, plain, aged, sleeve and then into the "artwork" and 'plastic protective sleeve', which, in turn, caused a slight tear! 

THEREIN, LIES THE RUB.....

 I was thinking of replacing it, but that would change the mojo of the universe and maybe even            a(nother) slight change in the Earth's axis...of course, the buyer of this item has the option to have a new, mint, white sleeve (and taking a chance of changing the mojo of the whole universe, as we know it.....!), or stick with the original record sleeve, and thereby keeping the universe (and axis) in a state of Homeostasis!?
