Just listened to it;
Vinyl; VG/VG+? Plays well for it's age, not much surface noise even, odd bit here and there.
Sleeve; VG. Slight indentations on sleeve, mainly from disc. See pics. Corners have a little bit of age scuffing, again, see pics.
