Description
I will declare a lower amount on the customs form for all countries so as to avoid/decrease high import charges. However, in the case of the EU all purchases are subject to VAT which eBay collect at point of sale. No shipping to Russia currently. This first pressing plays to the highest standard possible in my opinion and as always I have played every track in full. Put simply there is no interference and the clarity, depth, and warmth of the audio is outstanding. The power also remains undiminished - sonically it just does not get any better. I 'heard' only a small number of mega quiet statics and of course there are no clicks, pops or background static. This is as clean as it gets and it easily qualifies as a FINAL UPGRADE archive pressing. The vinyl is in lovely condition also which will not come as a surprise.
The gatefold is in excellent shape with only light shelf wear and the lyric insert is as good as new. The blue stereo poly-lined inner is in excellent condition also and is dated 9-72. Not sure it is the original though.

Visual description
The vinyl is stunning and still holds an immaculate jet-black glossy sheen with no marks or scratches. Under a bright light I can only see a small number of ultra faint hairlines and nothing stands out. There is no groove or surface wear and the purple / white Threshold labels are near perfect with only a little spindle wear.
Play Grading
The run in on S1 has no background and then the rocket ship intro on 'Higher And Higher' is just as clean. The 'vocal' section is stunning and as the pace picks up the audio is so strong and deep. The narration accompanied by the music / background vocals could not play any better and Mint- is well deserved. The minus is only there because I heard a couple of minor static sounds.
The quiet intro on 'Eyes Of A Child I' plays beautifully as does the rest of this melodic track. There is no interference and only a couple of barely audible statics. The clarity and warmth of the audio is stunning. Mint-
'Floating' is of the same high end standard without any background. The clarity of sound on this 1969 vinyl is astonishing! With no background this has to grade as Mint it is a stunning version.
'Eyes Of A Child II' is phenomenal! The power and depth of the audio is so impressive and again there is no interference. Mint all the way.
The acoustic intro on 'I Never Thought I'd Live To Be A Hundred' is flawless and Hayward's vocal is equal to that. A couple of statics but again you can barely hear them! Mint
The instrumental 'Beyond' plays with genuine quality - real power and depth and no intrusion not even during the quieter passages. Another Mint track.
The final track on S1 'Out And In' plays with stunning precision from the get go. The intro and opening vocal section have no background and it continues in the same way. Pinder's vocal is so clean and the depth and resonance of the audio from start to finish is superb. The sonic quality is so impressive for a final track. Mint

Another incredibly clean run in and then the intro on 'Gypsy...' plays perfectly. Hayward's opening vocal sections exudes depth and power and from then on this classic can only be described 'as new'. I don't want to repeat a them but there is just no background, not one dust tick etc! The clarity, depth and power of the audio could not be any more impressive and of course you know the grade. It is Mint in every sense, an absolutely STUNNING version.
The segue into 'Eternity Road' is faultless and Thomas's opening vocal is equal to that. The first quiet passage has no intrusion and it continues in the same manner. No ticks, clicks, pops or statics just pure clean Mint audio from start to finish.
The emotive 'Candle Of Life' plays beautifully through every section. I'm running out of superlatives now but the warmth and depth on the audio here is phenomenal. Mint
'Sun Is Still Shining' plays with imperious quality throughout. No need to prevaricate. Mint
'I Never Thought I'd Live To Be A Million' is nigh on perfect with only a couple of very quiet statics. Mint-
The intro on 'Watching And Waiting' has just one barely audible static and Hayward's opening vocal is on the same level. The first chorus is strong and deep and it continues to play with great quality for a final track. The audio definition is 'high end' and there is no distortion. The closing instrumental is a case in point. Sublime power and depth and a super clean fade out. A Mint- version and wow what an album!!
The Gatefold, Lyric Insert & Inner Sleeve
The cover is in great condition with only minimal shelf wear. The edges have barely any rubbing and whilst the spine is very close to 100% legible it does a little rubbing, mainly in the centre, and is a little indented mainly due to it being compressed / opened. The corners of the spine have some light wear and the right hand ones are in superb shape with hardly any wear. Only the opening edge of the front cover has a little handling wear, the other one is pristine. The front cover is very clean with only some of the usual edge creases next to the spine and the back cover if anything is even better! The inside of the gatefold is close to perfect with only a minor touch of fading near the top, hardly worth a mention, and some light rubbing on the left edge in sone small section. A very strong example overall.
The lyric insert is in perfect condition with no marking or creasing and the blue poly-lined inner sleeve is in excellent order also with very little marking and only minimal creasing.

Postage & Packaging
I will only send items items worldwide via tracked shipping. This provides 'peace of mind' in case of loss or damage. The shipping costs are shown below and combined shipping is always offered. Any over-payment will always be refunded.
The Royal Mail only insure up to a value of £250 so if an item sells for more it may be wise to use a courier service (e.g. Parcelforce or DPD). An extra insurance premium will be required but I will not know the exact amount until the final sale price is known. Because of this I will sometimes have to estimate the cost and this will be shown in the listing. All vinyls are packaged in strong over-sized custom made mailers with plenty of extra cardboard protection. They are placed inside separate poly-lined inners outside the cover so as to avoid seam splits in transit and then placed inside a PVC sleeve to provide even more protection. I pride myself on my high quality packaging as my feed confirms and if any customer has any specific requirements I am more than happy to help.
The mailers I use cost £1.00 each and I will use anything between 3-5 cardboard stiffeners which cost approx £0.18 each. There is also the cost of the poly-lined inner and PVC sleeve to consider, it all adds up! Not forgetting that eBay take 10% of the shipping fee also!!
