This issue has the V6/5005-2 & the Third Story Music credit in 3 lines on the labels, which are silver text on pale blue with address at foot.
"Tableaus" appears as part of the song title on the label for the track on Side D, "Tableaux" appears as part of the song title for the track on the inside of the gatefold.
BOTH records are VG++! ( very , very nice !! )
GATEFOLD cover is VG+ ( normal wear , minor ring/rubwear , very minor edgewear )
overall , quite a nice copy of this double lp .
