THE MOVE Message From The Country UK 1ST PRESS HARVEST Gramophone Co Label Text
Description
Detailed seller ratings:
Item as described: I list everything possible about this item, please read everything thoroughly and view ALL of the photographs. Please do not expect something different from the listing.
Communication: I will answer any sensible query quickly and politely, but please read the listing thoroughly first. I email the winner to thank them for the bid and to advise them of the likely dispatch date (usually within 24 hours of receiving payment). I email again to confirm dispatch and provide tracking number.
Dispatch time: I dispatch within 24 hours of cleared funds, sometimes even the same day if the payment is received early enough and I am able to get to the post office in time. After that, it's down to the Royal Mail and whichever international mail service is involved - all of which is out of my control.
Postage and packing costs: It generally costs me more than I charge for shipping by the time I add in my mailers, stiffeners, shipping labels, printer ink, packing tape, fragile labels, petrol to the post office...so I do not overcharge on my shipping costs in any way.
Feedback: I would appreciate your feedback after the sale and you have received your item and are happy with it. This means I can then leave feedback for you and our transaction is closed.
ANY ITEM THAT EXCEEDS £46 IN VALUE MUST BE SENT SIGNED-FOR SHIPPING AND INSURED TO FULL VALUE - THIS PROTECTS YOU AND ME FROM ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT. PLEASE WAIT FOR FINAL INVOICE BEFORE PAYING. THANKS.

HARVEST
UK 1st PRESS:
1. "MADE IN GT. BRITAIN" on labels
2. Textured sleeve by Garrod & Lofthouse
3. Original green/yellow labels with "THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD" label text around the edge, later copies have "EMI RECORDS LTD"
4. Harvest company inner sleeve
FULLY PLAY GRADED VINYL - FROM START TO FINISH
PLAYGRADED: not simply glanced at with a superficial visual grading, fully played and graded throughout (listened to on headphones - the most revealing playgrade method, with no exterior audio distractions)
VINYL:
S H S P 4 0 1 3 A - 3
S H S P 4 0 1 3 B - 4
Vinyl looks excellent under normal light, just a few light hairlines and light surface marks visible under strong halogen light. Plays as EX. So hard to find as clean as this! Tremendous find. Light background crackle on run ins, in between tracks and faintly audible on quieter tracks, but louder music easily covers it, a few faint pops here and there, nothing too intrusive. Plays very well. Superb tone and volume from this UK 1st pressing.
NO JUMPS, NO SKIPS, NO REPETITIVE CLICKS, NO LOUD POPS.
OUTER SLEEVE:
Original 1st press textured sleeve in very good condition condition. Reasonably clean, slight wear to edges and spine, still mostly legible but some wear as mentioned. Still nice though.
LABELS:
Excellent, no graffiti, just a couple of light spindle traces.
INNER SLEEVE:
Original company inner sleeve.
Thanks for taking the time. Good luck in the auction.
