ORIGINAL pressing on the CBC / RADIO CANADA BROADCAST RECORDING label. Canadian ONLY Release. This series of music was only ever issued on 45 and was restricted for Broadcast Only on the date mentioned directly on the label. This release was NEVER COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE and were only ever played for extremely limited amounts of time on CBC stations. This is amazing material and quite a find to have so many at once, so please take a look at my other items.

This is Catalogue #LM-190. The artist and title are THE MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING. On of the most sought after Sunshine Psych Pop Albums, this is a item that I would say is even rarer than the album itself. This is material they recorded exclusively for broadcast on the CBC. To the best of my knowledge this material has NEVER been re-issued. Please see the pictures for track listing.


Condition on this item is NEAR MINT and appears previously unplayed.

This item comes from the collection of a former CBC employee who retired some time ago and has finally allowed me access to the last of his material that he had been saving. I have only ever had these titles once before. Truly amazing and I consider myself fortunate to have access to this collection of Canadian History.



All my records are graded VISUALLY, as I do not have time to play everything. However if there is a mark on the vinyl that necessitates listening to, to grade the item properly, rest assured that I have done so and it will be reflected in the grading.
