Description

Out of print The National High Violet limited edition numbered purple colored vinyl 2 LP, catalog number CAD 3x03, UPC 652637300314. This version of the record was only available at select independent record stores and was not identified as colored/limited edition on the wrap — it was a "surprise" for anyone purchasing the album to discover they had ended up with a rare colored version once they opened it!

CONDITION:

Jacket: VG+. Original color cardboard inner sleeves. Minor corner wear. Back of jacket has a one-inch crease near the spine in the lower righthand corner. Number 0710 in an individually numbered limited pressing.

Records: VG. I would give this a VG+ were it not for a surface scratch covering most of side 2 and a surface scratch covering most of the final song on side 1. You can also tell from the photo that there are some inconsistencies embedded in the color of the colored vinyl (originating when they pressed the record in the plant) that are only noticeable when you hold the records up to the light. NONE OF THE SCRATCHES AFFECT THE PLAY OF THE RECORD!
