Description
The New Blockaders ?– Le Retentir Non (Special Edition - Kommissar Hjuler Version)
Art edition version by Kommissar Hjuler of TNB's Le Retentir Non 12" - there are 100 copies of this 12" spread across various releases - all of which are in very limited runs - and this edition consists of 16 examples. This release is unusual in that the two-sided cover/sleeve sheet is riveted into the clear outer sleeve, and it contains an 'anti-booklet' consisting of clippings from mature-oriented magazines. Due to the nature of the imagery it is not possible to include a great number of images of this release.
It is signed by the Kommissar to the cover, the label, and also to the booklet where K. Hjuler has added a little doodle to the face of one of the performers to make it look like himself! This is copy #9 of the edition of 16, and the clear vinyl (with power blue splatter) is mint unplayed. The edition number is displayed in Dymo labelling to the front cover, and by hand on the label which also features a couple of magazine fragments taped thereon. See included images for more of an idea. The front cover image I have covered up in part for the listing, but it is of course complete on the actual release. Received directly by myself from the TNB archive.
Will be sent in a new and top-of-the-range mailer with overshot sides designed to eradicate any possibility of damage to the cover's corner. It does add £1.20 to the shipping charge, but it's worth it for the second-to-none protection it gives.
Please see my other current and upcoming listings for more TNB and related items, as well as some other completely unconnected items as well!
International bidders always welcome, and combined shipping always offered where applicable.
