Issued in 1968 (?)
Termed a "box set", ?but its actually in a heavy duty binder with the record sleeves on hinges,
(I'M NOT SURE HOW TO GET THESE ON TO THE HINGES) ?in a slipcase with a Mahler medal on the spine
 looks like vinyl or leatherette ?patterned to look like crushed levant black morocco leather
The fifteenth album is a bonus, ?including interviews with his daughter Anna, and musicians who knew and worked with him, ?[from a program produced and narrated by William Malloch for radio station KPFK-FM in Los Angeles], ?and a recording of the piano rolls of Mahler playing his own piano transcription ?of part of the last movement of his Fourth Symphony.
