No label, catalog number 8407-55 (in the deadwax), the one and only release from New orleans-area mMods The Numbers, “Forever Young” b/w “The Runaround” In a black-and-white pic sleeve, some general wear, a couple of creases, no tears or splits, “Store Promo” in ink top right front of sleeve.
