This record is in excellent condition. It does have a few spindle marks visible on the labels but not many, maybe 4 or 5 on each side. Neither side has pen marks, scuffs, severe fading or any other damage. The centres are not loose and overall the labels are in good shape with just the spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides have very light surfalce lines and 'sleeve scuffs' but nothing remotely deep, serious, or that can be felt. Theses light lines can only just be seen in normal light when angled into direct light and despite these the record has a lovely vivid shine. These light wispy lines/scuffs are clearly visible under very bright white light, but again they are not serious or remotely sinister. The record has no serious scuffs, marks or blemishes and has a lovely lustre.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat but upon playing there is a little upward movement noticable in the record arm on both sides. This is nowhere near a level to cause any problems and has no affect on the audio produced which is excellent. Neverless there is a little movement on both sides and altough a fairly minor superficial issues it had to be noted. The audio produced is excellent as I say. Its crisp, defined and clear with just a trace of interference or surface noise in the run in/out and between tracks. There is virtually no interference during any of the four songs and there are of course no skips, jumps or loud disruptive clicks. Overall a very enjoyable play test with no major issues to report and audio of good quality.
The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has wear to the edges and corners(pics), and the text on the spine is no longer easily legible. Despite this clear wear the edges are still solid and there are no splits or weak areas anywhere. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere, but there is some slight creasing in places and mild ring marks showing. Overall the sleeve is clean, bright and solid all round with just the edge wear as its main issue. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on the sleeves condition.
It contains its original plain white inner which is in decent condition but has a split to the bottom edge and age related creasing and discolouring. I will therefore be sending the record in a brand new plain white replacement.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
