the rarest of all records by the Parliaments which is one of the groups featuring the legendary  Archie Himons aka Little Archie of Huntington, West Virginia who also was in Magnificent 7 and recorded for Dial and Fern and Lemco in addition to Cabbell Records. 
"This Is My Rainy Day" is a Northern Soul classic!!!
there are very few known copies of this single. word has it the owner of the Cabell Records label wasn't thrilled about this release, and most of them wound up destroyed - but at least two known copies were out there before we found  this copy (the other two copies are up on popsike and sold for  very large sums between around $4400 and $6400).
who knows what this copy will sell for. we're putting it  out there at a starting price in the middle to see where it goes  from there. this copy is guaranteed original and authentic and is NOT the unofficial one-sided bootleg pressing  from more recent years.
this is a nice original FULLY PLAY TESTED copy of this super rare  NORTHERN SOUL record by the HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA group
the PARLIAMENTS with shiny clean vinyl with some light visible wear, but nothing
severe. plays and SOUNDS GREAT with no skips or repeats but plays with crackle  and pops. labels are clean but with ringwear (no writing, stickers or markings)
and record has MUSIC CITY stampers in the dead wax,
