Description

THE PENETRATIONS CHAMPAGNE SWEET SWEET BABY 7" Vinyl 45 Teri De Records LJS-006

Offering a fantastic rare 7" 45RPM copy of The Penetrations "Champagne" backed with "Sweet, Sweet Baby".  This is a 1967 TERI DE Records release of the quintessential Northern Soul sound.  See labels for more info.  Super fun and rare tunes not to be passed up by Northern Soul, funk/soul and R&B fans.

Vinyl: VG;  Audio: VG+ Both Sides.

• Vinyl Visual is VG condition.  Clean overall; balanced and flat.  A few surface scuffs and lines that could not be felt with a clean fingertip.  The look of the scratches varies considerably with the type of light used for viewing.  Some ring wear on center labels.  Center label on "Champagne" has an even staining of unknown origin, yet label is still clear and readable.  See photos for details.

• Vinyl Audio is VG+.  This 7" plays VERY well over the visual marks.  No skips.  Faint pops, faint background noise (IOHO) don't distract from this very upbeat, party disc.  Audio clip available upon request if you have any concerns.

• Sleeve is VG condition.  Tiny split at bottom of this otherwise intact original sleeve.  See photos for details.

Images may have a color cast slightly different from actual item, but they're close.

Take away this extremely rare, treasured 1967 copy of The Penetrations' "Champagne" / "Sweet, Sweet Baby" 7" party disc for yourself or someone special!  This is a must have for any funk, soul, R&B, dance and party music collection.  Thanks for looking. Happy Bidding!
