Description

This is an auction for a rare single by Pink Floyd, See Emily Play, Scarecrow.

This was released by Columbia records in 1967 and has catalogue number DB8214. Please check the pictures for clarification.

Condition: This comes with its original company sleeve.

Both labels are clean, under closer examination a few spindle trails at most can be seen on each side. The centre hole is perfect and shows no signs of wear. There is a curious crack running the length of label two, please check the pics.

The vinyl on both sides retains its new shine, when held under a strong light only one or two tiny hairline scratches can be seen.  I have of course played this through both sides. Side one has a quiet entry and goes on to play with very little, if any, lessening in sound quality. The music itself plays strong with no distortion, fading or dragging heard whatsoever. There is no reduction in quality through wear as this side has been played a few times at most. Other than perhaps the very occasional, very quiet crackle this side plays as new.

Side two has the same quiet entry,  Like side one the music itself plays strong with no distortion, fading or dragging heard whatsoever. The above mentioned hairline scratches are completely non-audible on both sides and as stated only seen under the closest of examinations. Other than the very occasional very quiet crackle (probably dust) both sides play superbly well. There is certainly no reduction in sound quality through wear as again this side has been played a few times at most.

The vinyl for this is graded at a comfortable Near Mint.
