THE VINYL CONDITION IS EXCELLENT: It plays loud and clear, with no problems at all. It's a beautiful, glossy, heavy record.
THE FRONT LAMINATED COVER IS GRADED AS EXCELLENT MINUS: It shows some wear to the bottom and top edges, as pictured above. The spine is in particularly good condition. The opening shows some wear that is in keeping with its age. The laminate is still bright and glossy with minimal creasing.
THE REAR COVER IS GRADED AS VERY GOOD : It has some writing on it, which is such a shame, and some tears to the bottom flipback. Those issues aside, it's very, very clean and tidy.
THE LABELS ARE GRADED AS EXCELLENT: They are crisp and clean, with no writing or other issues. There is some light spindle wear, but not much given its age and popularity. You can tell this LP has been cared for and not played much.

The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and/or packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD PLUS - The record has obviously been played many times, but shows no major loss of sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
