This record is in excellent condition. The labels do have light spindle marks visible but no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere. The centre is tight and overall they are in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything remotely serious and have just a few very light lines/marks visible in normal light. There are a few more extremely light wispy hairlines visible under very bright white light but again nothing remotely serious. The record has no serious scuffs or blemishes and has a vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat but there must be the slightest possible warp imaginable as there is just really slight movement in the record arm. This is very minor however and has no affect on the sound produced which is superb and near enough faultless. Its crisp, clear and has next to no interference or surface noise, with only a trace in the run in and between songs. There are no skips, sticks or annoying clicks and no other serious musical issues. Its an audio experience of high quality and was a pleasure to play test a classic album by one of my favourite groups.
The gatefold sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has mild wear/rubbing to the edges and corners but the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. The worst and main area of edge wear is on the top edge where there is a small 1" patch(pics). Other than this there is only very slight wear and there are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. It is clean, bright and strong all round with the only other thing to mention being a very faint sticker removal mark on the back in the top right corner, but this is barely visible.
It contains its original picture inner which is in excellent+ condition. This has no tears, splits or pen marks and is in great shape. It does however have a 2" round sticker on one side which may be removable but I will leave this to your judgement.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, within 24hrs of payment to ensure swift delivery.
